The people who busted in the place of the bandits advanced slowly with a spear in hand and looking carefully around him ''I know you're here. If you don't show yourself, then you're a coward!'' the man says. There was one person with him. A girl armed with a bow and a quiver of arrows in her back. One arrow was already ready to be shot. She only needed to aim. To where Gromm was, he had a short sword taken out reversed. When the man was in the 'right spot' Gromm whistled to send his men all at him. The first who appeared was shot by an arrow directly and around 4 ran at the man with the spear. He blocked a first attack and pushes the bandit back before turning to smash another one in his back. A third one near the man was shot in the back by the man's friend. The last one was easy to deal with. Gromm growled and had no other choice but to run away. He came out of where he was and ran away. ''Mia, he's there!'' the man says seeing Gromm escaping. Mia the archer takes an arrow and shoots, but hits his shoulder only. Gromm didn't stop and endured the pain and disappeared in darkness. ''He escaped...'' The man says. They could hear someone knocking on a door and calling for help. Both ran there immediatly there and opened the door from outside by removing what was in front of it. Koshinu came out and Kury followed. Already the man could tell they were good people.

The man with the sword sheats his weapon and walks over to the cells and opens them with the keys. ''Shh.'' He says to Zoey. When he went in Magalie's cell he picked her up without saying anything. Magalie didn't say anything as well, but wasn't sure about this all. The man does a sign to tell Zoey and Theo to follow him.

Theo got up and slowly followed, but made sure to find a big stick, which happen to be the mop again. He wanted to make sure he had something if this man wasn't actually going to save them, or if the pirates came back.

''Koshinu. I'm a Koshare. Unknown in his place.'' Koshinu says ''Well.. thanks for getting us out of here.'' He says looking away and rubbing the back of his head, feeling a bit ashamed that he wasn't able to free himself.
''Gil at your service. Gromm got you captive I see. This man is cruel. He doesn't care for anyone, kid or woman. But now, we should get out of this place.'' Gil says and starts walking toward the exit. Koshinu followed with Kury who seemed to have a bit of difficulties walking. Koshinu took his arm to help him walk. Kury smiled to him.

''If dying is what you wish for, then I'll leave you behind alone.'' The man whispers ''Now be silent or you'll make us be heard from the others outside. You're quite a loud mouth.'' He whispers and walks again with Magalie in his arms. He looked at her to know if she was all right and Magalie slightly smiled at him showing him respect.

Theo nodded, holding his mop tightly. He was getting ready for more pirates to attack. This made him so scared. Are we really safe? Theo thinks to himself.

Zoey sighed but nodded in acknowledgement that she shouldn't talk, although she was honestly just worried about the girl, and had it been anywhere else she would have yelled at him.

Everyone made out safely. It seemed like no one was inside this place anymore. Or there were all killed or they all fled like Gromm. Then when outside with more light Koshinu and Kury could see their saviors better. Gil having brown long hair and wearing a brown medieval shirt and black pants. He looked young enough, maybe in the 20s. As for Mia she was about the same age or younger. Blond long hair and blue eyes, she had an archer outfit of the red color. Mia tapped on Gil's shoulder to get his attention and started gesturing with her hands. ''Yes Mia. We'll be right on it.'' Gil answers. It was obvious that Mia was mute ''Koshinu, it is? I'll carry the boy so we can go faster. We will find you two something to eat and drink, you need it.'' Gil says.
''Um, I'll take care of Kury.'' Koshinu says.
''What? But you're too small, you'll never be able to do so.'' Gil says.
''Wanna bet?'' Koshinu asks and takes Kury off the ground to hold him in his arms. Kury immediatly got his arms around Koshinu's neck to hold on well. Gil was impressed by his strenght and started to walk since it was all fine. Mia and Koshinu followed. Kury laughed a little, finding the situation quite funny, which made Koshinu smile.

Everyone made it out without being seen. They were in a village and they could hear people screaming. Fire caught on a few houses, the pirates were really attacking the place it seems. The man holding Magalie started to walk away and not in direction of the center of the village. He was going so they would be outside fast so they wouldn't be killed.

Theo knocked off the part with the mop on it so he only had a stick. His stomach was growing slightly to himself while he followed quickly. He was hungry since he had no lunch, dinner, or breakfast.

Gil, Mia, Koshinu and Kury got together to a place in the woods. It seemed to be just a hideout with a tent and a fire camp extinguished for now. ''Mia will go hunt something for us all. I'm not very good and don't have a bow anyway.'' Gil says.
''I am good with a bow.'' Koshinu says carefully putting Kury down on the ground.
''You're strong and now you're good with that?'' Gil asks ''Now I doubt it.''
''Well with a bow of my size yes. This one would be too big it would touche the ground...'' Koshinu says. While they were talking, Mia already went to go hunt for something.

Theo's mind was set. Getting himself out of this place is what he wanted. He didn't need to save them to save himself.

After a while Mia came back with one boar, which was enough for everyone here. During this time, Gil was starting a fire. Kury was sit and looking down and depressed. Koshinu sit next to him ''Hey what's wrong?'' He asks.
''I'm wondering where I will go after this...'' Kury says.
''I do too, but I don't worry with that. Besides if you stay with me all the time we should find some place to stay at for some time.'' Koshinu tells him with a smile.
''You would let me stay with you?'' Kury asks after he raised his head and looked at Koshinu smiling a bit. Koshinu nodded to him, saying it all.

The man with Magalie and the others safely made it. The man turns back to look at the village burning down and sighs then turns around to face the other direction. ''What are your names and where are you from?'' The man asks everyone, Magalie letting the others answer first.

"We aren't from this time, and my name's Theo. As soon as we arrived, pirates attacked us and I beat up a few of them before they tricked me into showing myself.." Theo says, still holding the stick.

Fire was started and two branches with one going through the boar were installed over the fire to cook it. When it was ready, Gil throws some at Kury and Koshinu. Lury jumped on it to eat it. No matter what it was, it was food for him and he was very hungry. Koshinu took his time to eat it and felt bad for poor Kury who looked miserable, but now he was eating well and looked happy of eating as well. Gil and Mia were also enjoying the meal and were happy to know the people they saved could eat well.

''The future? Hahaha! What are you talking about? There is no way you can come from the future, that's non-sense! But that doesn't matter now. Theo and Zoey and you, milady?'' the man says and asks Magalie.
''I'm Magalie. Thank you for getting us all out of this place.'' Magalie says and then feels pain in her leg.
''My, your leg is hurt. We will go a little further over there and I will take care of this wound. There are no healers around here and they are rare in general.'' the man says ''Also you can call me Franz.''

"I didn't know about a plan either! I just ran to hide and you got caught so fast that the other's came after me and got me.." Theo says, frowning.
"But we are from the future.. we just lost everything when we came here so we really can't find a way back.." Theo says. He still held his stick.

''To your time?'' Gil asks curious.
''What if I say I'm from the future?'' Koshinu says smiling a little.
''That's impossible, of course.'' Gil says with a laugh.
''Seems like it's not because that's where I come from.'' Koshinu says.
