Bio: Noir, the name given to the greatest French Assassin, Althea is the newest bearer of the title. She is also a Dhampir, or a half-vampire. her face has never been revealed to the public eye so some may think that Noir is a male. she lives most of her life going place to place in Europe taking hits where ever she goes.
