Bio: To most Reno is just your average cop, but in reality hes a S.T.A.R.S member of quite some skill. A master at heavy artilary and weapons repair/ costomization as well as a expert lock picker. Reno was born as the middle child of hisd family,he grew up taking care of his younger sister while his older brother foaght in the war. 3 years after his sister was born there parents died when they moved to Raccoon City, he was able to escape with his sister and later joined the R.P.D after the raccoon was rebuilt, he was already a vetran at firearms due to his S.T.A.R.S training. he now lives to fight Umbrella to avenge his parents.
