Backstory: Zoey was born in Oklahoma City in 1987, eleven years before the both the Mansion and Raccoon city incident. Her father was part of the Oaklahoma City S.T.A.R.S Branch which made her intrested in police work. She followed her father to work on most nights, although most of it was with small paperwork or checking to make sure the guns were in working order.She continued to do this until she was eleven because in 1998, a month after the mansion incedent, it was revealed that some S.T.A.R.S were working for Umbrella.The fact that one of the S.T.A.R.S traitors was her Fathers Captain made it much worse and made her lose her faith in police work. Later she regained hope when S.T.A.R.S members that were faithfull took down what was left of Umbrella Corparation.When she was 19 she joined up with the New Raccoon City S.T.A.R.S after Raccoon was rebuilt in 2006.
