''So how do you plan on finding my staff mister... Evan?'' Melsina asks.


After more talking, Xavier was more convinced to be their son. They were squirrels and his leader Frank was a human. When at first he thought he was adopted, now it was clear that he wasn't. ''15 years... I've been 15 God damn years by his side and he dares to send me kidnap my very own little sister?! This guy's dead!!!'' Xavier says, shouting the last part.

''Calm down, Xavier! We won't let you go back to him only to see you get killed!'' his father says holding his arm.

''Leave me to this, he's just a b**** and he'll regret to have trained me during all these years!'' Xavier says in anger and freeing his arm.

''Xavier, don't go!'' his mother says with her arm like she was going to catch him.

''Watch me!'' Xavier says pointing at them before taking his leave by going out the closest window and starting to run back to where he came from.

"I see, well it doesn't bother me as much as you think it would"Evan said with the smile"And same here with my god, she helped create the world of Meduis with the evil god Syndel, creator of demons and the underworld. He got ticked off he didn't get much credit and broke the rule of no involvement with the mortals, so now the armies of angels fight the Demon's whenever we can."He said with a smile, standing with his chest out and hands behind his back, showing he took pride in what he did."As for finding your staff, I will help hunt down the thief and get your staff back, it was most likely someone in this city."

''Thank you. Because I don't have my staff, I can't do much and my magic is not as strong as with it. It provides me more power when I hold it and amplifies my magic.'' Melsina says and then hugs Koshinu again ''But Koshinu will be there to protect me when I need it, isn't that right?'' She says. He got surprised from this hug.

''Uh, yeah, well.. yeah I will. I wouldn't want to see you hurt.'' Koshinu says.

''I knew you'd care for me so much. I love you.'' Melsina says and Koshinu sighs.

"Aw, how sweet, budding young love"Evan said with a smile."I haven't felt that since I was back in my homeland of Heaven, it's very nice but I'm sure you wouldn't want to be there at the moment. As for finding the staff, how about you take us to your dealer Travis?"

"What dealer are you talking about?"Travis said, looking up at Evan.

"Your weapons dealer, you'd have to have one with that on your wrist"Evan said as he grabbed Travis' wrist and pulled up the sleeve to reveal a hidden blade on a retractable chain."It's kinda hard to come by without a dealer, and it's illegal to have here so your getting it from some black market weapons dealer, I'm not an idiot"

"Fine fine, I'll take you to him but that doesn't mean he'll have it"Travis said with a frown as he grudgingly march down the street.

Koshinu says closed eyes and with a shrug then starts to follow with Melsina ''Ah, by the way Evan, me and Melsina are not a couple, I'm already taken, but she refuses to listen to me.'' he says out loud knowing Melsina wouldn't listen and keep clinging to his arm. ''You see, I'm kind of popular on my planet because I accidently found a way to appear here. If it wasn't for that, me and her wouldn't be here.''

"Hey, I heard that"Travis said with a frown."Besides I don't hurt anyone, hell I volunteer to watch after the hatch-lings in my spare time. Besides, it's not like I hurt anyone"He said before a small Jakkai came down from a pipe above and hanged there.

"Hey Travis, I found this awesome staff when this idiot dropped their staff on the outside."He said, him looking about as old as twelve and wore kids clothing. Travis just sighed as Evan swiped the staff from the kids hands."Hey, that's mine!"

"No, and one such as young as you shouldn't be in this type of work"Evan said as he held the staff out to Melsina."You were raised by Travis as a hatch-ling weren't you?"He asked and the boy nodded

"Okay, that is not my fault, and he's the only one that took it up as a profession"Travis said."I swear I'm a good guy on the inside, I just happen to get myself in bad situations"

Melsina quickly took her staff and puts it in her back where it could be attached with two bowties. ''Thank you very much!'' She says to Evan with a smile.

''It wasn't too hard in the end. Glad you got it back.'' Koshinu says.

''Yes, but it wouldn't have been the same without you around.'' Melsina tells him.

''As always... Hey, is this an important item for you? You acted like it was the end of the world if you didn't have it back.'' Koshinu says.

''Yes it is. You see, it's my father who crafted it for me with his own hands and a gem that he found. Not only is he a very good general of Ganav, but he's also a great weapon maker. Any weapons! But this one is special. While mining he found that gem and after examining it he could feel power emanating from it. He thought it'd be a good idea to make a weapon out of it to fight the Primus soldiers, but instead gave it to me knowing I wanted to become a mage. So that's why it's very important to me and never want to lose it again.'' Melsina explains.

''Wow... I admit that by being into one of the two nations you guys must have good crafters among the cities. Maybe I should meet one of them one day and ask them to make me better weapons. These ones of mine are getting a little bit used after so many battles.'' Koshinu says with a half smile.

Melsina giggled before wrapping her arms around his arm ''I'll take you to one myself then. Anyone from Senatro is welcomed in the Holyland.'' Melsina says.

''Hehe, well now that it's all done I think we should go ask information about this squirrel I'm after.'' Koshinu says.

"Oh it was no problem, I am happy to get back something that your family selflessly gave to you even though it could make other powerful weapons."Evan said with a smile"A squirrel, like a little animal that eats those nuts?"

"It's a talking walking squirrel, like he walks on two legs and can think and apperantly fight"Travis said"

"Oh, how strange."Evan said, tapping his chin."And are you sure you two aren't dating cause Ms. Meslina sure acts like it"

''I told you we are not dating.'' Koshinu says through tightened teeth. ''But she's desperatly in love with me because of all those stories now going through all Lunatia. I'm going to endure it for now, but I'll present her to Villias so she can understand that I really am with someone.'' Koshinu says looking at Melsina who wasn't listening because she was busy having her head leaning on his shoulder with closed eyes and a smile showing she was in heaven.

"Dude, you are so happy and nice all the time it seriously scares me"Travis said before walking down a tunnel."Now c'mon, he's probably already past the bandit camp if he even hit it and down to the next town or city or whatever it is"

Koshinu sighs at what Evan said ''Yeah... wish it wasn't that way for her though. She'll be so decieved.'' Koshinu says. ''Anyway, let's move on.'' Koshinu says following Travis with Melsina still clinging to him.

"Aw, I'm sure Travis wished that girls would cling to him like that, eh buddy?"Evan said with a smile and nudged Travis.

"Yeah, but you know that ain't gonna happen with my current rep which won't improve"Travis said as he kept walking"The life of a thief is so fun yet so not rewarding in certain substances"He said before hopping on a small rail-way cart that required people to push a lever up and down.

''Who knows? Maybe you'll get a better reputation after you stop this guy with us.'' Koshinu says and hops on the rail-way cart with Melsina. ''How does that thing work?'' He asks.

"Like this"Evan said as he hopped on and pulled down one side of the pulley and it began to slowly go down the track

"And then the other presses it back down"Travis said as he pulled the thing down and they began to go down the track

''Sounds simple.'' Koshinu says taking his handle and presses it down when he has to so it would be easier for both him and Travis. ''And where's that gonna take us?'' He asks.

"To the closest city, that's where he should be"Travis said as they went down farther."He should be easy to find there"

''Hope you're right.'' Koshinu says.

''What if he's not there?'' Melsina asks.


Xavier had left the small town and was actually back on the sandy road since he was heading back to the city he was in, wanting to get to his 'home' and put an end to everything.

"I don't know then....."Travis said with a shrug as he sat there.

"Oh wait, I got a better idea, I can fly us there!"Evan said with a smile."So can we turn it around please?"

"sure, why not, it should be faster and he'll be easier to spot."Travis said as he stopped the thing and began to pump backwards.

Koshinu helped on his side with Melsina holding onto him with her arms wrapped around him. ''I really want to know what this guy's up to.'' Koshinu says.

"And you will, I promise"Evan said as they stopped back at the station and he went running down the path, and Travis followed
